We've won the third prize after an exciting final round of the Best Band of Holland competition. That means we get 200 guitarpicks with our own design. Rockband Targets from Alkmaar won the competition and Footloose Industries from Leiden won the second prize.

The other is friday 28 october in the Waerdse Tempel in Heerhugowaard, where we'll share the stage with Incision, Roy and Booster. Both shows promise to be one hell of a rocking party! See you then!

Celebrate Queensday 2011 with Against All Odds

Next saturday is Queensday in the Netherlands and that means a day full of browsing flea markets, drinking beer or "Oranjebitter", partying and listening to live music. We'll be playing two shows on that day.

The first will be around 14:15 at Café Camille in Beverwijk, where they put up a big stage every year with some of the best bands from the IJmond. Other bands will include Rarely Alive, Quality Export, The Relic and Het Brein Dat Kwam Uit De Ruimte.

The second will be at 18:00 or 19:00 (we're not sure yet) at Café Pitcher in Haarlem, where they set up an alternative Queensday event with only rock, punk and metal bands. We'll be sharing the stage with bands like Ravolva, The Boys & Crash, Plough and more.

Be sure to come check any of these shows out when you're partying nearby!
